Few things intimidate a bank marketer like the esoteric terminology of IT, so here are the basics of website hosting in plain English.
New bank brand? No problem!
Few things necessitate a website update like new branding guidelines. But what happens when your bank website provider can’t keep up?
That was the case with First National Bank DeRidder (FNBD). Their old bank website partner couldn’t accommodate the types of upgrades, such as video integration, needed to communicate the new brand and better serve their customers. They had outgrown that other vendor.
We gave FNBD full control over the look of their website and went the extra mile by programming an overlay so that the new brand visuals will automatically appear over certain images, including the homepage hero shot. Just pop a new picture into BrownBoots’ simple CMS (content management system), and — presto! — the graphical effect emerges.
Aesthetics were only part of the equation. FNBD needed a website that introduced the people who make the bank wonderful while also showcasing the financial’s long, proud history of serving Southwest Louisiana.
The customizable “WHAT NEXT?” section, complete with quick-link buttons for related resources, ensures subpages have calls to action — increasing the chances for conversions. Our locations tool and secure online forms are two more examples of the functionality that makes the bank website user-friendly for customers and site admins alike.
Not even Hurricane Harvey could stop the client and agency partnership from powering through to produce a bank website that not only communicates the ultra-local focus of FNBD’s new brand, but also reflects the bank’s dedication to making their customers’ lives easier.
