BrownBoots pleased to announce partnership with Siteimprove

10/21/19

BrownBoots Interactive has tapped into the power of Siteimprove to help banks and credit unions keep their websites in optimum condition.

Going forward, BrownBoots clients can easily access website analysis reports, thanks to a new option to integrate Siteimprove’s suite of services with BrownBoots’ simple content management system (CMS).

Siteimprove’s cloud-based software delivers eye-opening insights that empower web administrators to understand, prioritize, and optimize their websites. The platform provides complete visibility across a website’s content quality, performance and visitor behavior, including:

  • Misspellings and broken links
  • Readability levels
  • Accessibility issues (e.g. ADA compliance)
  • High-priority policies
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Page visits and page views
  • Feedback rating and comments

“As a bank marketing agency dedicated to creating engaging, effective websites for financials, we couldn’t be more excited about our new relationship with Siteimprove,” Alan Hathaway, president of BrownBoots, said. “Continuous improvement has always been a part of our web development process, and Siteimprove’s tools will make monitoring easier than ever.”

A people-centric software company driven by the desire to simplify website management and make the internet a better place, Siteimprove was founded in 2003 in Copenhagen, Denmark, and has since expanded into ten offices around the world, serving more than 7,500 organizations globally.

“BrownBoots and Siteimprove share the ambition of providing top-tier digital solutions for our clients,” Peter Bovin, vice president of partnerships at Siteimprove, said. “This partnership will streamline our mutual clients’ process for reviewing their websites for accessibility issues, which is especially important for bank and credit union websites.”

Using global Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) as its standard, Siteimprove Accessibility gives a bird’s-eye view of a website’s accessibility status. Specific issues are highlighted directly on the page, so website admins know exactly what they need to fix and why.

“Maintaining accessibility compliance is a continuous process,” Patrick Rose, vice president at BrownBoots, said. “Over the years, many of our clients have benefited from regularly scheduled reports to track statistics and make recommendations in regard to ADA compliance as well as website traffic, performance and search engine optimization. With the integration of Siteimprove, issues and milestones alike can be discovered in real time.

“This new partnership complements BrownBoots’ existing CMS tools and directly supports our mission to never let a website become obsolete or broken,” he added.
