We’re so committed to continuous improvement that we continuously improve our own approach to it.
Since the beginning, BrownBoots has made a mission of building websites that never become obsolete. From our proprietary content management system (CMS), which allows clients to easily update their sites, to our approach to site maintenance after it goes live, we know a website project never really ends.
Once upon a time, we referred to our after-launch efforts as Phase 5, and when we further streamlined the bank website design and development process, it became Phase 4. Our methods often adapted to our clients’ individual needs and budgets. While we still believe in customization, we are thrilled to have pooled our expertise to present a year-long curriculum for optimizing a bank website’s effectiveness.
In that spirit, our continuous improvement initiative shall be called the Post Launch Success Plan!
When it comes to technology, a lot can change in a short time. Therefore, regular reviews of our websites have always been an important component of continuous improvement. Our new Post Launch Success Plan specifically covers the first year and leverages monthly touchpoints that tackle a variety of topics, including:
Many of our existing clients have covered this territory organically through periodic check-ins or scheduled analytics reports. Going forward, every new BrownBoots bank website proposal will include the Post Launch Success Plan.
After all, our procedural approach to bank websites shouldn’t end at launch.
From periodic meetings to a more formulated Phase 4 to today’s Post Launch Success Plan — whatever we call our continuous-improvement strategy, the bank websites we build are always the richer for them!
